Message	It is 48' wide, 16' walls, but only 30' deep. I would say that cost estimate is fairly accurate. I had some other expenses (Poured Concrete wall for foundation since Rr left corner is about 7' above ground, Driveway from front and there will be a 48' x 24' pad in the front, Windows, 220V electrical service).
